Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our product (Jars), we accept returns only under the following conditions:

1. The jars is damaged during shipping.

2. The incorrect book was delivered.
    

Refund Process

• To initiate a refund, contact us at happyjar.happyhanuman@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
   

Non-Refundable Items

• Digital downloads, if applicable.

• Jars that have been used or damaged by the customer.
